This shampoo leaves hair smooth and shiny. It doesn't weigh it down. It's great for dull and fine hair. The truth is, Japanese hair products don't work well on fine hair; this one is lighter, and I definitely recommend it for fine hair.
It cleanses the hair and scalp perfectly, but it is not a typical "rinser" and can be used daily.
